Walking on the land
- You can walk through the fields and woods so please feel free to explore during your stay. Just make sure that you always close the gates (even if you can’t see any livestock). And please stick to the countryside code.
Waste removal and recycling
- We are keen on recycling here at Sennybridge Shepherds Huts & Glamping and have the facilities to ensure our guests are too. Please rinse out and separate cans and bottles, then put them in the labelled bin outside.
Cars
- When driving, please approach the huts cautiously. Beware of people walking along the lane. Parking available.
Heating & Hot water
- The huts are supplied with heat and hot water from a centrally located system.

This statement describes the access, procedures and facilities at Sennybridge Shepherds Huts & Glamping, as they might apply to, and for the benefit of persons with disabilities.
We would wish your stay with us to be as comfortable as possible, so please do not hesitate to ask if you have any concerns about access or there is anything that would make your stay more enjoyable.
Although every effort has been made to make the huts as accessible to as many people as possible this may at times be more difficult for people who are wheelchair bound or with other severe mobility disabilities. Please note all the Mallard is up 5 steps
General Information
- All huts are self catering. Welcome Pack is placed in each hut ready for your arrival.
- Mobile phone coverage is good.
- Public transport. The nearest bus stop (1 mile)
Emergency Action Information
- Smoke detectors are fitted in all huts. Fire Extinguishers are placed in each hut.
- Emergency information is detailed in the guest information packs in each hut, adjacent to all fire fighting equipment, and can be communicated verbally if required.
3. The emergency assembly point is in the entrance to the car park.
Fire risk
Please be aware that your own possessions could be a fire risk.
We request that any personal electrical items in poor condition are not used in the huts. Also please ensure that electrical equipment that generates heat is not used in a flammable situation. Eg don’t plug phone chargers near waste bins, or place your laptop on the beds.
Mobility Access
- The car park is laid to small stone.
- Lighting is provided by the main door to each hut.
- Access to the hut is via gravel paths and stone paths.
- Due to the location of the hut some of the paths are a little uneven.
- The Mallard is up 5 steps
Hearing Impairment
- There is a TV in the hut
- Guests are always shown to their hut and everything about the hut is explained at that time.
Sight Impairment
- There is a TV in all the hut.
